A site everyone can use
We want booking a stay to be easy for everyone, including guests who use assistive technology. Here’s how we approach accessibility — and how to tell us when we fall short.
RISE Furnished Stays is committed to making this booking website usable for as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use. Accessibility is part of how we build and maintain the site, not an afterthought.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, and we use them as our benchmark when building and reviewing the site.
Some parts of the site rely on third-party tools, such as the availability calendar and payment processing, whose accessibility we do not fully control. If any of these create a barrier for you, contact us and we will help you complete your booking another way.
