More than 5 days after booking & more than 30 days before check-in: 90% refund of your first month's rent, plus a full refund of cleaning and pet fees.
30 days or fewer before check-in: first month's rent is non-refundable. Cleaning and pet fees will be refunded.

More than 30 days before your scheduled check-out: a $2,550 early termination fee applies, reduced by a credit for any unused prepaid nights in your current payment period.
