Full refund, including your security deposit, if cancelled 30 or more days before check-in. If cancelled within 30 days, the first 30 days of the stay and the security deposit are non-refundable. If cancelling during the middle of the stay, rent for the next 30 days will be collected as the early termination fee. The security deposit is still refundable given there are no damages.
Pet-friendly — up to 2 pets for a non-refundable one-time fee of $50 for each pet. Pets must be under 50 lbs, not a restricted breed, and well-behaved; please share each pet's breed and weight when you book. This is the only pet-friendly home in the fourplex. Message us before booking with the details.
A $500 security deposit is held until 30 days after your stay is completed.
The minimum stay is 30 nights, but we welcome longer stays.
